6 weeks ago I ordered Francesqa's We Lived EP and I was pretty damn excited to get it until I realised that I had entered the wrong address and so I tweeted them and they tweeted me back telling me to send the correct address to the via email. And so I did, but 3 weeks later, which was yesterday, I still hadn't received the album and I was a very sad kid mind you. Therefore, I sent them another email and this time they replied this:
Hey there,
We're really sorry to hear that you entered the wrong address. We did send a cd out to the address that you originally gave us a day after you made the order.
In theory we really should get you to buy another one as it was your address error that led to us sending it to the wrong address and so it will cost us another £8 to correct your mistake.
Luckily we're nice people and have just dispatched a second CD for you.

They are officially the nicest band/guys out there and I feel really bad for having them to dispatch a second CD to me out of their own pockets. But my love for them and their music has just grown so much more. I mean please, how many musicians out there actually care about their fans? Honestly feeling like a million bucks right now. Though I did send them an email asking them if they would sign the album for me but even if I receive it without their signatures now, I'm very very contented and thankful.
